Compute

Cloud compute pricing is based on hourly usage. Every hour, the system deducts the appropriate amount from your account credit balance based on your server's configuration.

No, all charges are transparently listed. Costs include hourly usage for cloud compute, backup service fees (if enabled), and backup storage fees for used storage.

You load credits into your account, and the system deducts the hourly charges for your active services. If your credit balance reaches zero, your services may be suspended until you reload your account.

Backup fees consist of a monthly fixed fee per server (if the backup service is enabled) and an hourly fee for each gigabyte of storage used.

If your credit balance reaches zero, your active services may be temporarily suspended. You will need to add more credits to your account to resume services.

You can add credits to your account through your user dashboard using a payment method of your choice. The credits will be applied immediately, and you can start using services without delay.
